At The Zenixo, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in their original condition
• Products must be returned in the original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required

We also offer replacements or refunds if:
• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item

To start a return, please contact us at support@thezenixo.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the item if applicable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
