Place the brace behind your ankle with the open heel area centered comfortably.
2️⃣ Wrap the Support Strap Across the Foot
Pull one side of the brace across the top of your foot toward the opposite side.
3️⃣ Cross and Secure the Compression Strap
Wrap the strap around your ankle and attach the hook-and-loop fastener for a secure fit.
4️⃣ Adjust the Tightness for Support
Tighten until the brace feels stable and supportive while still allowing natural movement.
